The St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. John has partnered with Cristo Rey Community Center in serving neighbors who reside in north Lansing.  Volunteers from the parish and members of the St. Vincent de Paul Society help organize and staff Cristo Rey’s clothing closet, personal needs pantry, food cupboard and kitchen. Volunteer shifts are Monday-Friday, usually in the morning and early afternoon.

To care for the spiritual and social needs of individuals and families by offering services that encourage self-sufficiency and recognize the dignity of the human person. To break the cycle of poverty and advocate for self-sufficiency by offering critical services to our community.
