Typically, Wednesday evenings during Lent at St. John and St. Thomas mean, Soup and Substance. During COVID, it is not possible to actually dine together, but we didn’t want to cancel it. This year it is being tweaked just a bit to Soup and Service. You are asked to bring a can of soup (or any canned good) for the St. John Food Cupboard. Presenters will talk about service opportunities in our community.
The first 4 weeks will be presented by different directors at St. Vincent Catholic Charities. STVCC continues to meet the ever-changing needs of the community through a multitude of programs and services which include Adoption, Foster Care, Children’s Home, Counseling Services, Refugee Resettlement and Immigration Law Clinic.
