Mother Teresa House (MTH) is a care home in downtown Lansing for terminally ill people. In the spirit of St. Teresa of Calcutta, loving care is provided at no charge to the guests. Volunteers are needed to care for the guests on evenings and weekends. To learn more about this ministry and volunteer caregiving opportunities, please register for a one-hour tour by visiting the MTH website or speak with one of our many parish volunteers including Chuck Roboski, [email protected].
Please consider the ministry of bringing Holy Communion to those who are homebound, hospitalized or in care homes. And please contact Shirley if you know of parishioners who are homebound and in need of the sacraments.

The Catholic Church affirms the dignity and sanctity of all human life from conception until natural death. The pro-life committee works to raise awareness and share the Gospel of Life by supporting Right-to-Life activities, the October LifeChain, Respect Life Month speakers, the 40-Days for Life campaign, Our Lady of Grace events for children with special needs, and more. To get involved, please contact Ann Zygmontowicz, [email protected], or Maureen Dillon, [email protected]. Collection baskets for Pregnancy Services of Lansing are also available in the gathering spaces at St. Thomas and St. Johns. Please donate baby items such as hygiene supplies, disposable diapers, formula / baby food, and baby clothing up to 6 months (new or gently used).

Please join them in praying the rosary each month or follow the above link for more information.
