Sacred Heart Masses

Last Fridays of the Month - Oct. 25, & Nov. 29
- 6pm Hour of Eucharistic Adoration
  - we'll pray traditional Sacred Heart Holy Hour prayers during the hour
  - we'll also offer confessions in the Reconciliation chapel
- 7pm Mass in Honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
- 7:45pm Veneration of the Relic of the True Cross and prayers for healing (after Mass)
- 8pm conclude the night
The Sacred Heart devotion is all about reparation (repairing for what is lacking in our prayer life, atoning for our sins, and seeking healing for our wounded hearts in the pierced Heart of Jesus).

I hope these prayers and Masses will be a source of healing and strength for our community and deanery.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus said to St. Margaret Mary: "Make reparation for the ingratitude of men. Spend an hour in prayer to appease Divine justice, to implore mercy for sinners, to honor Me, to console Me for My bitter suffering when abandoned by My Apostles, when they did not WATCH ONE HOUR WITH ME."

PRAYER Grant, we pray, almighty God, that we, who glory in the Heart of your beloved Son and recall the wonders of his love for us, may be made worthy to receive an overflowing measure of grace from that fount of heavenly gifts. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
